This is a public service program devoted to widening public service of the numerous services offered by the government agencies. Each episode tackles timely issues, presenting the stakeholders’ perspectives. @ Ur Serbis plays a pivotal role as 2009 is the “legacy year” for the president Gloria Macapagal-Arrroyo and the government agencies.

The program is made up of interviews via phone patch, weather update from PAG-ASA, traffic update from MMDA Metro base, flight schedule, foreign exchange rates, job opportunities, and the weekly travel segment.

It airs from 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with hosts William Thio, Atty. Marc Castrodes, and Ms. Marion Chua.
